Abstract

One approach to the sustained competitive advantage which is The Learning Organization is presented in this note. Through the use of practical examples the author will derive into key topics such as Strategic vs. Tactical Thinking, Organizational Values and Cross-functional Relationships to help explain the problems and provide the readers with a step by step guide to understanding the solutions. It is also noted that this organization has to be something that is freely accepted by all and must not be dictated.
