Waste Management and Asset Service Improvement in Pematangsiantar

Abstract

Technical analysis of operational waste management assetsincludes containers, collection and transport, whereas the financial research and analysis of the feasibility of using Net Present Value, Internal Rate of Return, Benefit/Cost Ratio, and Payback Period. The value of the investment Cashflow, Net worth by 2020 of Rp 720.242.284, interest rate 15% NPV is positive, the IRR > MARR 15%, B/C Ratio > 1, and PP 4.7 years, shorter than the 10-year investment period.
