Abstract

One of the problems in PAUD Pandan Wangi  institutions is the economic field which refers to problems regarding the financial condition of institutions and local wisdom materials that have not been utilized to the maximum. The education sector refers to the problem of the lack of early childhood education educator qualifications and competencies caused by educational backgrounds that are not under early childhood education educator standards. This service program aims to improve the competence of early childhood education educators by conducting teacher training that focuses on early childhood education management programs, learning methods, and classroom management as well as training in making products based on local wisdom that is of value. The evaluation results show that the material is per the needs and expectations of the trainees. Permasalahan di lembaga PAUD Pandan Wangi salah satunya adalah bidang ekonomi yang mengacu pada permasalahan tentang kondisi keuangan lembaga dan material kearifan lokal yang belum dimanfaatkan dengan maksimal. Bidang pendidikan mengacu pada permasalahan kurangnya kualifikasi dan kompetensi pendidik PAUD disebabkan oleh latar belakang pendidikan yang belum sesuai dengan standar pendidik PAUD. Program pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pendidik PAUD dengan melakukan pelatihan guru yang berfokus pada program pengelolaan PAUD,  metode pembelajaran, dan pengelolaan kelas serta pelatihan pembuatan produk berbasis kearifan lokal yang bernilai jual. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa materi sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan harpan peserta pelatihan.
