Abstract

This paper addresses the problem of environmental education curriculum in the higher education, for this reason it focuses on the concepts: environmental pedagogy and environmental teaching. The methodology consist in a literature review to identify existing trends about environmental pedagogy and Environmental teaching and thence design an inquiry which is aimed at teachers and students of careers that include environmental education in some universities in Bogota with the aim of identifying what is their opinion as experts on environmental issues. The results show an emphasis on complexity trends, but likewise raise the possibility of multiple models in different contexts and needs.
