Abstract

Purpose: This study investigated the direct and indirect effects of factors related to nurses' turnover intention. Methods: The study included 212 nurses working at three university hospitals in Korea. The collected data were subjected to descriptive statistical analysis, correlation analysis, and path analysis. Results: Promotion-focused job crafting had direct effects on burnout (β=-.32, p=.001) and job satisfaction (β=.18, p=.008).
