Abstract

Employee green behaviour has in recent years attracted much attention from academia and practitioners all over the world. This scoping review aims to investigate work published on employee green behaviour among organisations from 2017-2020. This paper outlines the reasons for conducting a scoping review, includes a description of the review variables used, a document of the actual process undertaken, and details of the results on the topic of employee green behaviour (EGB). This scoping review revealed the following themes related to factors influencing employee green behaviour, including individual, organisational and motivational contexts. Finally, this paper outlines the limitations of this scoping review and offers suggestions for future research.
