Research on the Evaluation System of Preschool Teachers' Teaching and Research Ability Combining Large Model and Optimization Algorithm

Abstract

Kindergarten teachers are very important leaders on the path of young children's growth. Education is a daunting task, and without a research attitude, it is difficult for teachers to achieve good results because the work of early childhood education is difficult and complex. At present, there is not much research on strategies to improve the educational research ability of preschool teachers. Even where there are studies, they mostly focus on scientific research, which deviates from the educational research required for kindergartens and has limited reference value for teachers. Therefore, this study proposed research on improving the educational research ability of preschool teachers supported by big data technology. Based on big data and artificial intelligence technology, this study investigated and analyzed the current status of educational research capabilities of kindergarten teachers, as well as conducted action research on this basis to explore effective ways to improve their educational research capabilities.
