Application of Green Economy in the Development of Halal Tourism

Abstract

The research objective was to determine customer satisfaction in inpatient and outpatient installations; know consumer retention in inpatient and outpatient installations and; to analyse the relationship between the length of treatment again with customer satisfaction at the inpatient installation as well; analyse the relationship between the length of treatment again with customer/patient satisfaction at outpatient installations. The results showed that the level of patient satisfaction at the inpatient and outpatient installations described in the six indicators of satisfaction, the majority of which had good patient satisfaction. The results of the profitability measurement show that there is a decrease in the level of consumer profit, this condition is not good for hospital management. There was an increase in retention in outpatient and emergency departments, while hospitalization and use of operating rooms decreased. There was an increase in acquisitions in inpatient installations and the use of operating rooms while outpatient care and emergency services decreased.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji penerapan konsep green economy dalam pengembangan pariwisata halal di Desa Terong, Kecamatan Sijuk, Kabupaten Belitung. Pariwisata halal yang berlandaskan prinsip keberlanjutan lingkungan, sosial, dan ekonomi menjadi strategi dalam menjawab tantangan perubahan iklim, pelestarian budaya lokal, dan peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Pendekatan green economy dinilai sejalan dengan nilai-nilai syariah serta mendukung pembangunan pariwisata yang ramah lingkungan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara terhadap lima informan utama yang terdiri dari pejabat daerah, pelaku usaha, masyarakat, dan wisatawan. Teknik analisis data dilakukan melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, verifikasi, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan green economy dalam pengembangan pariwisata halal meliputi pengelolaan ekowisata berbasis syariah, penggunaan energi terbarukan, pengelolaan limbah, layanan halal, pemberdayaan UMKM lokal, penyediaan transportasi ramah lingkungan, serta edukasi dan kampanye wisata halal berkelanjutan.
