Abstract

The phosphorus distribution ratios between CaO-MgO//s//a//t//. -Fe//tO-SiO//2-P//2O//5 ( less than equivalent to 3wt%)-MnO (2-5 wt%) or CaO-MgO//s//a//t//. -Fe//tO-SiO//2-P//2O//5 (4-5 wt%) slags and liquid iron have been obtained in the temperature range from 1550 to 1650 degree C. The dephosphorization quotients can be expressed by three equations.
