Abstract

All governments must implement strategies to protect children and adolescents from being removed or abducted from their country of nativity without the authorization of both parents. This article describes the context of the problem and provides a solution that has been tested for more than a year in the framework of G2G e-government. An analysis of the data obtained from the experience is made in order to serve other public institutions in similar projects.
