Abstract

Bound state energies and wave functions of the diatomic molecules H 2, Hcl, N 2, CO, NO, ScH and LiH with screened Modified Kratzer (SMK) potential for different vibrational quantum number n and angular momentum quantum number l have been estimated under the framework of asymptotic iteration method (AIM). Modified Kratzer and inversely quadratic Yukawa potentials are also considered here to see the effect of these potentials on the energy levels of some selected diatomic molecules.
