Abstract

Recently, violence against children has often occurred, many have even resulted in death, as if the human rights attached to children are being ignored, and as if children are a game that does not need to be protected. We do not realize and often forget that children are a very special gift from God that must be cared for and are the next generation that must not be lost from this earth because if there are no children it means the next life will perish. The results of the research conducted are that it is necessary to change the status of the existing child protection law when it becomes a special law and the need for a revision of the human rights law, which includes the death penalty. Because the death penalty is the only reasonable punishment for perpetrators of crimes against children that make children disabled for life and death.
