The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of marketing aspects, capital and pond land on the income of salt farmers in Jeneponto Regency. The technique sampling in this study used the entire respondent as many as 210 salt farmers. The type of research uses quantitative with associative method. In this study, the data were obtained from a questionnaire, then processed and analyzed by using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that the marketing aspects and pond land had no significant effect on salt farmers 'income meanwhile the capital had a positive effect on salt farmers' income. Support for infrastructure development is highly expected, starting from the construction of warehouses, road repairs and capital. In addition, the quality of salt must also be improved by using better processing technology, even if needed, salt farmers can be further fostered through a coaching program from the Jeneponto Regency government through socialization to achieve the target of iodized salt production with SNI standards.
