Abstract

In pervious psychological studies, human visual distance perception has been investigated minutely. However, the problem of human visual and tactual distance perception is still in controversy. In this study, human visual and tactual characteristics of spatial distance perception are measured. The results of experiment suggest that the human perceptive distance is larger than the actual distance if with tactile information, while the human perceptive distance is smaller than the actual distance if without tactile information. In order to analyze the results of experiment quantitatively, we propose a model of visual and tactual distance perception, while can explain the experimental results in a satisfactory manner. 1.•@ ‚Í ‚ ¶ ‚ß ‚É •l ŠÔ‚Ì Ž‹ ‹ó ŠÔ'm Šo ‚É ‚¨‚¢‚¨‚¢ ‚Ä,Š´Šo Š´Šo-Ê‚AE•¨-•-Ê‚Ì ŠÔ‚É ‚¸ ‚ê ‚ª "-• ¶ ‚· ‚é ‚± ‚AE‚ª 'm ‚ç ‚ê ‚Ä ‚¢ ‚é.‚» ‚Ì-L-¼‚È OE» •Û ‚AE ‚µ ‚ÄHelmholtz‚Ì ƒz ƒ• ƒv ƒ^ ‚ª ‚ ‚è,-Ú ‚Ì •‚ ‚³ ‚Ì •¨-•"I ‚È '¼ •ü •ã ‚É "z 'u ‚³ ‚ê ‚½Ž‹ •W ‚ð OE©‚½•ê • ‡,•l ŠÔ‚Í ‚± ‚Ì Ž‹ •W ‚ª '¼ •ü •ã ‚É "z 'u ‚³ ‚ê ‚Ä ‚¢ ‚é ‚AE‚Í Š´‚Š´‚ ¶ ‚¸,ˆê 'è ‚Ì OEXOEü ‚ð ‚à ‚Á ‚½ ‹È •ü •ã ‚É "z 'u ‚³ ‚ê ‚Ä ‚¢ ‚é ‚AEŠ´‚‚AEŠ´‚ ¶ ‚é[1].‚Ü ‚½,Ž‹ Šo ‚É ‚¨‚¯‚¨‚¯ ‚é ‹-£‚â ‰oe •s ‚« ‚Ì 'm Šo ‚É ‚¨‚¢‚¨‚¢ ‚Ä ‚à Š´ŠoŠ´Šo-Ê‚AE•¨-•-Ê‚Ì ŠÔ‚É ‚Í ‚¸‚ꂸ‚ê ‚ª "-• ¶ ‚· ‚é.‚± ‚Ì ‚ae ‚¤ ‚È ‹ó ŠÔ'm Šo ‚É ‚¨‚¯‚¨‚¯ ‚é ‹-£‚Ì Š´ŠoŠ´Šo-Ê(Š´ŠoŠ´Šo ‹-£)‚AE •¨-•-Ê(ŽÀ ‹-£)‚Ì ŠÖOEW ‚Í ‚µ ‚Î ‚µ ‚Î ƒx ƒL ŠÖ•" ‚AE ‚µ ‚Ä Ž¦ ‚³ ‚ê,OE© ‚¦ ‚Ì ‹-£‚ ‚Ü ‚è Š´ŠoŠ´Šo ‹-£‚ð VAD,ŽÀ ‹-£‚ðPD‚AE ‚· ‚é ‚AE,VAD‚Í ‰º‹L ‚Ì ƒx ƒL ŠÖ•" ‚É ‚ae ‚Á ‚Ä •\ OE» ‚³ ‚ê ‚é.
