LLAMA'S 14 foundational competencies for library leadership and management

Abstract

Since 2011 the LLAMA Competencies Task Force and now the LLAMA Competencies Committee has worked to identify foundational leadership competencies for library leaders. As a result of this work 14 foundational competencies have been identified and described.
