Abstract

Psychological quality is a yardstick of mental health of individuals. In the field of higher education, much attention has been paid to cultivating the entrepreneurial quality, an important aspect of psychological quality, of college students. From the psychological perspective, this paper attempts to disclose the influence of quality development training on the entrepreneurial quality of college students. First, the connotation and current situation of the entrepreneurial quality were summarized. Then, a control experiment was carried out on two classes of freshmen from the same major. The experimental group received quality development training for an academic year, while the control group did not receive any intervention. The self-esteem and adaptability of the two groups were measured before and after the experiment, and compared through statistical analysis. The results show that quality development training can significantly improve the entrepreneurial quality of college students, as evidenced by the measured results of self-esteem and adaptability The research results help to construct a rational training model of entrepreneurial quality of college students.
