Abstract

The author poses that the international tendency to regulate separately the insolvency of micro and small enterprises (MSEs) rests on an approach based in the Complex Ethics exposed by Edgar Morin, which is intrinsically related to the Theory of Complex Democracy exposed by Daniel Innerarity.
