Abstract
A reversed phase high-performance liquid chromatographic method has been developed for the determination of the R- and S-enantiomers of ibuprofen, flurbiprofen, ketoprofen and tiaprofenic acid. Separation has been achieved using a tris(4-methylbenzoate)cellulose phase after derivatization into their amides. Flurbiprofen could also be partially resolved into its enantiomers without prior derivatization. © 1994.
