Abstract
The 'Taurus' is the third self-propelled seagoing rock cutter suction dredger for Zanen Verstoep N. V. , built by Scheepswerf en Machinefabriek 'De Merwede'. Design features of this vessel are discussed in this article. Principal particulars include: 112. 6 m overall length, 19. 0 m beam and dredging depth of 29. 5 m.
