Extemporaneous preparation is still used when no liscence drug for patient condition. Pharmacist should ensure the quality of extemporaneous preparation, because they don`t evaluate the quality. Pharmacist just assume that extemporaneous preparation is safety and suitable to serve patient based on patient oriented
