Abstract

This article, is the result of a research on the ways like social workers in Seville conduct their professional practice, and whose analysis object was the profile and technical and professional social worker in Seville. It's an approach to the burnout phenomenon always present in this professional group. Initial hypothesis: Burnout in Social work is particularly affected by external elements to the subject. Results: Builds relationships with the workplaces, laborer practices, and the profession social context. At the time, identifies the main elements that hinder and distort practice. Emphasize the professional demographics, educational level, relationship to the workplace, lack of resources, labor relations and the influence of job insecurity. Conclusions: Concluding with the importance of internal and contextual factors has in social work Burnout. In particular highlight the working conditions and labor relations.
