Abstract
The prime objective of this paper is to study succession planning in cooperatives. The primary data for this study was compiled through well-structured questionnaire filled in on a one-to-one basis by the employees of a sample sugar mill. The analyzed on employees’ satisfaction with salary structure and welfare measures and benefits expected by the employees of sample sugar mill because the dissatisfaction of employees with benefits paid by the employer will affect the career longevity of the employees. The study results clearly indicated that the majority of the employees are not satisfied with the benefit provided to them.
