Abstract

The present paper describes the male and female of Brillia pudorosa sp. n. and attempts to summarize information with respect to previously described Holarctic species. The specific validity of B. longifurca Kieffer, 1921 is confirmed. The observation of an extra seminal capsule in nearly all species studied indicates a need to redefine the systematic relationships with some related genera. © Gauthier-Villars, 1995.
