Nabumetona

Abstract

This review article describes the efficacy and safety profile of nabumetone either alone, or compared to other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). It presents the data published in various medical reviews and articles showing the efficacy of nabumetone as monotherapy in degenerative diseases as well as autoimmune inflammatory diseases. The article recommends its use in view of its excellent safety and easy to comply with dosage regime.
