Developments and setbacks of the right to be forgotten in the US

Abstract

The United States is one of the main countries that it is against of the right to be forgotten, because it is a violation of the First Amendment. To understand this, the article analyses the jurisprudence, the legislative dispersion, and the work done for the Federal Trade Commission, because there is no a data protection agency.
