Abstract

This study aims to empirically examine the relationship between Perceived Organizational Support and Workplace Spirituality with Organizational Citizenship Behavior. The subjects in this study were employees at the Hasna Medika Heart Hospital, Cirebon. This study uses a survey type quantitative method, data collection using a scale. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis technique. The results showed that (1) perceived organizational support has positive and very significant effects on organizational citizenship behavior (2) spirituality of the workplace has positive and very significant effects on organizational citizenship behavior (3) simultaneously all variables had positive and very significant influence on organizational citizenship behavior. The effective contribution provided by perceived organizational support was 21.39% and workplace spirituality was 35.43% for organizational citizenship behavior
