Recent status of mycotoxin research in Thailand

Abstract

Thirty samples each of brown rice, wheat lotus seed, Job's tear, sorghum, barley and oatmeal were analyzed for the presence of aflatoxin, ochratoxin, fumonisin, and deoxynivalenol with ELISA test kits. All cereal grains were contaminated with aflatoxin, ochratoxin, fumonisin, and deoxynivalenol though at levels below the regulated stds. set by Thailand. on SciFinder (R)
