Abstract

Conference abstract (ASH 2024; Blood 144 Suppl 1:180). Interim 2-year data from SOLACE-Kids (NCT03474965; EudraCT 2017-001747-12) for patients aged 6 to <12 years with SCD. Earlier SOLACE-Kids data (2-year analysis; 50 patients, ages 12–<18) showed crizanlizumab 5.0 mg/kg safe and well tolerated with clinically relevant reduction in median annualised VOC rate vs baseline. Updated 2-year data on younger cohort extends safety/efficacy characterisation in this age group.
