Abstract

Reviews organizational theory and the United States Armed Forces' interagency process in their effort to improve US civil-military coordination at the theater level. Role of an interagency team assigned to the headquarters of each regional commander-in-chief in the enhancement of planning and execution of each interventions during complex emergencies.
