Evaluasi Dampak Program CSR Terhadap Kesejahteraan Masyarakat: Tinjauan Literatur

Abstract

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) plays a crucial role in enhancing community welfare, yet many companies fail to evaluate the effectiveness of their initiatives. This study aims to assess the impact of CSR programs on community welfare, emphasizing the importance of community participation and ongoing evaluation. Utilizing a qualitative descriptive approach, the research analyzes various literature sources, including journal articles and policy documents, to gather insights on CSR's outcomes. The findings reveal that active community involvement in planning and transparent management of CSR funds significantly enhance the perceived benefits of these programs, highlighting the need for systematic evaluations to ensure that CSR initiatives align with community needs and expectations.
