Abstract

This research is framed within the eighth Sustainable Development Goal (SDG), which promotes decent work and economic growth. The general objective was to identify the relationship between inventory management and customer loyalty in a warehouse located in Ventanilla during 2025. The study was applied research, with a quantitative approach, a non-experimental, cross-sectional design, and utilized the hypothetical-deductive method and a correlational research level. The population consisted of 250 customers of the warehouse, from which a sample of 152 was taken. Among the main results, a Spearman correlation coefficient (ρ) of 0.395 was obtained, indicating a weak positive relationship between inventory management and customer loyalty. Furthermore, a two-tailed significance level of 0.000 was obtained, allowing the null hypothesis to be rejected and concluding that a relationship exists between the two variables.
