Abstract

The geographic distribution of the mesopsammobiont gastropod genus Pseudovermis is reconsidered. P. papillifer and P. schulzi were found for the first time in the Northern Adriatic near Rovigno. P. kowalevskyi and P. boadeni are described. A taxonomic survey and a determination key are presented for all Pseudovermis species known thus far. © 1968 Biologischen Anstalt Helgoland.
