Abstract

Prestasi belajar matematika dapat menjadi gambaran keberhasilan siswa selama siswa mengikuti pembelajaran. Akan tetapi, keberhasilan motivasi berprestasi belajar matematika siswa ternyata dipengaruhi oleh banyak aspek. Penelitian ini menduga aspek internal, eksternal, kelelahan, psikologis, serta jenis belajar berpengaruh terhadap motivasi berprestasi belajar matematika siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memeriksa bahwa aspek–aspek (internal, eksternal, kelelahan, psikologis, dan jenis belajar) berpengaruh terhadap motivasi berprestasi belajar matematika siswa, serta aspek manakah yang berpengaruh positif. Setelah observasi dan wawancara dilakukan, data dikumpulkan melalui angket yang tersebar di tiga sekolah. Setelah terkumpul, data dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) melalui metode estimasi bootstrap. Penelitian ini memberikan simpulan bahwa semua indikator telah signifikan. Akan tetapi, jenis belajar tidak memenuhi kelayakan. Hasil analisis ini menunjukkan bahwa aspek-aspek belajar mempunyai efek positif serta signifikan terhadap motivasi prestasi belajar siswa matematika sebesar 23,5%. Namun, dari keempat aspek berpengaruh motivasi berprestasi belajar matematika, hanya aspek internal yang berpengaruh signifikan. Mathematics learning achievement can be a picture of student success as long as students take part in learning. However, the success of students' mathematics learning achievement was influenced by many aspects. This study suspects that internal, external, fatigue, psychological, and type of learning aspects will affect students' mathematics learning achievement. This study aims to examine which aspects (internal, external, fatigue, psychological, and type of learning) affect students' achievement motivation in learning mathematics, and which aspects have a positive effect. After the observations and interviews were conducted, the data were collected through questionnaires spread across three schools. Once collected, the data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) through the bootstrap estimation method. This research concludes that all indicators are significant. However, this type of study does not meet eligibility. This analysis also shows that learning aspects have a positive and significant effect on the motivation of students' learning achievement in mathematics by 23.5%. However, of the four influential aspects of achievement-motivation in learning mathematics, only internal aspects have a significant effect.
