Abstract

Determination of standard time in a work process is needed as a reference in determining good working time for companies and workers. This research was conducted at one of the startups in the Agri-Tech fieldthat has a fulfillment center warehouse for the packaging process of vegetable products such as Kangkung Akar 250gr. This study aims to determine the standard time value of the Kangkung Akar 250gr product packaging process which has a high level of workmanship with high focus and accuracy and there is no standard time measurement for this work. Stopwatch methods is a method used in measuring standard time in research conducted on each operating process. Measurement of standard time using a stopwatch, measurements were carried out for 3 days with 20 observations divided into 5 subgroups. The results of the standard time measurement show that to be able to complete the work of packaging Kangkung Akar 250gr by workers it can be carried out for 495.49 seconds or 8.25 minutes for one product. The results of this standard time research are expected to be used as suggestions and references for companies to determine the standard time in completing the work required by workers in the Kangkung Akar 250gr packaging section
