Abstract

Pemberdayaan dengan pendekatan ABCD (Asset Based Community Development) bertujuan memberikan keterampilan pengolahan buah sawo sebagai makanan olahan. Pendampingan ini dilaksanakan  di desa Drajat kecamatan Paciran kabupaten Lamongan diikuti ibu-ibu rumah tangga sebanyak 20 peserta.  Buah sawo yang tumbuh subur dan produktif bagi masyarakat dapat dikreasikan menjadi beberapa produk olahan. Masyarakat desa Drajat selama ini memperlakukan buah sawo hanya sebagai makanan siap di makan dan hanya sebagai barang dagangan di area Wisata Religi Makam Sunan Drajat. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat melalui pelatihan kreasi buah sawo  menghasilkan  enam jenis kreasi produk olahan buah sawo. Keenam kreasi olahan bahan dasar buah sawo tersebut meliputi  sale sawo, selai sawo, puding sawo, stick sawo, bolu sawo dan sirup sawo. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan pendampingan yang dilaksanakan sejak tanggal 5 November - 15 Desember 2022 telah memberikan dampak positif kepada masyarakat desa Drajat Paciran Lamongan berupa  ketrampilan dalam kreasi olahan produk buah sawo,  meningkatan perekonomian masyarakat dengan penjualan berbagai macam jenis produk dari sawo,  menciptaaan  lapangan kerja baru dan  menciptakan citra positif dengan produk olahan sawo di area Wisata Religi Makam Sunan Drajat.Empowerment with the ABCD (Asset Based Community Development) approach aims to provide processing skills and create sapodilla as processed food. This assistance was carried out in Drajat village, Paciran sub-district, Lamongan district, which 20 housewives attended. Sapodilla fruit that thrives and is productive for the community can be created into several processed products. The people of Drajat village have so far treated sapodilla fruit only as ready-to-eat food and only as merchandise in the Religious Tourism area of Sunan Drajat's Tomb. The results of community service through training on sapodilla fruit creations resulted in six types of sapodilla processed product creations. The six creations are made from sapodilla fruit basic ingredients include sapodilla sale, sapodilla jam, sapodilla pudding, sapodilla stick, sapodilla cake and sapodilla syrup. It can be concluded that the mentoring activities carried out from November 5 - December 15 2022, have had a positive impact on the Drajat Paciran Lamongan village community in the form of skills in the creation of processed sapodilla fruit products, improving the community's economy by selling various types of sapodilla products, creating new jobs and creating a positive image with processed sapodilla products in the Sunan Drajat Cemetery Religious Tourism area.
