Abstract

This study aims to (1) describe the LMS Moodle open course e-learning platform which is oriented to the gamification-based Case Study and PjBL learning model that was developed, (2) to determine the quality of the application of the Moodle LMS open course e-learning platform developed by the Case Study learning model. and PjBL and games that have been developed. This type of research is a development research using a 4D model consisting of the define, design, develop, and deployment stages. The instrument used is an open and closed questionnaire using a Likert scale. Products developed are assessed by media experts, material experts, peer reviewers, and tested on a limited and small scale. The limited and small-scale trial sample is the 3rd semester chemistry education student program at Jambi University. The results of this study indicate (1) the LMS Moodle open course e-learning platform application developed is a learning media management application that contains learning materials, lecture assignments and educational games oriented to Case Study and PjBL learning models, (2) the quality of the application platform. E-learning open course LMS Moodle based on assessments from media experts, peer reviewer material experts, and limited-scale field trials and small-scale field trials including the very good category
