Draft Genome Sequence of Phocine Herpesvirus 1 Isolated from the Brain of a Harbor Seal

Abstract

Phocine herpesvirus 1 (PhHV-1) is a viral pathogen with high prevalence, morbidity, and mortality in harbor seals.
