The fading of the value of local wisdom has also penetrated the State Civil Apparatus. This study aims to describe the values of local wisdom of Yogyakarta culture to be implemented in general principles or to run the Yogyakarta Special Region Government. This research uses the descriptive method. Collecting data using literature study. The data analysis uses a reflective approach to the values contained in the local wisdom of Yogyakarta culture. The results of the study indicate that Social Workers as part of the ASN have internalized the values of local wisdom through the culture of the SATRIYA Government.
