Peripheral plasma testosterone concentrations in bulls around puberty

Abstract

The results of this study indicate that though both sperm production and sperm output in young bulls increase over a 6 month period, the plasma testosterone concentration appears to be settled by 9 mth of age, and is independent of the characteristics of the ejaculate.
