Abstract

Development of the patient safety culture which holds an important place in the success of institutions. Customer-oriented and information-age developments in the service sector primarily in the provision of service in healthcare institutions require specific standards. The evaluation of the safety of patients with the health services provided in the formation of patient safety culture increases the quality of service. The purpose of this study is emphasizing the importance of patient safety, the importance of establishing a culture of patient safety in institutions, and the role and responsibilities of nurses in this regard.
