Abstract

Purpose: This descriptive survey-based study aimed to examine the degree of relational bonds, followership, occupational stress, and organizational commitment in nurses and to identify factors influencing organizational commitment. Methods: The research was conducted among 181 nurses who had more than 1 year of experience at a general hospital with 700 beds in Seoul. Relational bonds, followership, occupational stress, and organizational commitment were measured using a structured questionnaire. Data were collected from June 3 to June 28, 2021.
