Abstract

Paper The article is devoted to the analysis of the functioning of destructive communication in the information space. It has been established that the main element of the communication process is the transmitted information, which comes in the form of text messages. The authors have determined that the language of Internet communication has certain features. This is due to the fact that several character systems can be used at the same time. It has been proved that a model of a social and communication network in the matter of determining its elements may have a certain discrepancy with the general provisions of the network approach. This mismatch can be addressed by verifying that these elements match the key characteristics of the links that create the network format. The reliability of the presented procedure for the analysis of destructive communication is confirmed by the fact that it reduces the number of analyzed objects by the factor of 2.5 and moves from the level of post-fact response to the level of the forecasting and taking preventive measures.
