An ignition interlock system to avoid intoxicated drivers which analyses the Blood Alcohol Consumption of the driver and acts according to the results which reduces road accidents. An ignition interlock system to avoid intoxicated drivers which analyses the Blood Alcohol Consumption of the driver and acts according to the results which reduces road accidents. This system consists of a device which is placed on the dashboard of the vehicle on either sides of the steering, detects Blood Alcohol Consumption of the driver when he/she blows in it to start the vehicle which is followed by ignition interlocking if it finds the driver is intoxicated.
