Abstract

The systemic approach has become a current way of thinking in social work and therefore is running the risk of becoming ordinary, normal and insipid. In order to stay alive in a stimulating way of thinking and acting it has to raise up some challenges. We suggest six different types of challenges. The aim is to rediscover the values grounded in the systemic model and its strength which allows it to foster partnership in the evolution of social work. In order to promote the dignity in the collaboration of both users and social workers.
