Abstract

Nitriles are readily prepared from aliphatic and aromatic aldehydes upon heating with hydroxylamine hydrochloride at 100°C in a solvent-free, one-pot process. © 2013 Copyright Virgilio P. Gozum and Robert C. Mebane.
