Abstract

Both osimertinib and the combination of erlotinib plus ramucirumab are approved for initial therapy of advanced EGFR mutation–positive non–small cell lung cancer. Osimertinib is also approved in previously treated T790M mutation–positive patients. The accompanying article reports on a study combining osimertinib with ramucirumab.
