Abstrak Layanan publik seperti website Gedung PCC Online yang dimiliki oleh BKD Kota Pontianak sudah menjadi bagian yang sangat penting sehingga perlu diukur untuk mengetahui kualitas dari website itu sendiri. Pengukuran seperti ini bisa menggunakan metode Usability Testing atau uji ketergunaan. Pengujian ketergunaan (usability testing) memiliki 5 komponen utama yaitu learnabiliy, efficiency, memorability, errors dan satisfaction. Persentase usability testing untuk mengukur penggunaan website Gedung PCC Online. Learnability sebesar 88,89% pertanyaan mampu di jawab 11,11% pertanyaan tidak dapat terjawab oleh responden, efficiency sebesar 55,56 % pertanyaan mampu di jawab 44,44 % pertanyaan tidak dapat terjawab oleh responden, memorability sebesar 75 % pertanyaan mampu di jawab 25% pertanyaan tidak dapat terjawab oleh responden, error sebesar 8,33 % pertanyaan mampu di jawab 91,67% pertanyaan tidak dapat terjawab oleh responden, satisfaction sebesar 73,33 pertanyaan mampu di jawab 26,67% pertanyaan tidak dapat terjawab oleh responden. Hasil keseluruhaan jawaban responden sebesar 60,22 % pertanyaan mampu di jawab dan 39,78 % pertanyaan tidak dapat terjawab oleh responden. Dari hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa website Gedung PCC Online adalah cukup. From these results it can be concluded that the website of the PCC Online Building is sufficient.
