Abstract

The Attention-deficit Hyperactivity disorder is a condition that persists into adulthood. The diagnosis is complex because of the evolution through lifetime as well as much comorbidity that it is associated with. The presentation during adulthood has its particularities and differs from the paediatric presentation through the context and the circumstances of the diagnosis. The treatment or the adult ADHD is based on the association of the same psychostimulants as for the children and psychotherapy.
