The Internet of things is a network shared between the different network objects through internet connectivity. In this paper we describe the Garbage Management system which is automated by Internet of things. This project is mainly aimed to help the society to maintain the process of hygiene. IoT plays a notable role in the garbage management fields. The usage of Smart Garbage helps us to maintain the cleanliness in the society which will keep the entire society clean and free from many diseases. A big face up to in the metropolitan cities is that of waste supervision as there is a speedy growth in the proportion of urbanization and thus is a need of sustainable urban development plans. As the notion of smart city is very much trending these days and the smart cities cannot be done without smart waste management system. There needs to be system that gives preceding information of satisfying of the bin that alerts the municipality so that they can clean the bin on time and safeguard the environment. To keep away from all such situations we aim to propose a solution for this trouble “Smart Garbage Management System”, which will apprehends and inform the endorsed person to collect the garbage from the particular area. The endorsed person will get to know about the details of the amount of garbage collected into the bin through the web application and will inform the garbage collector to empty the bin. The device will maintain a wet bin and a dry bin separately so that all the thrash will be organised and will b easy to dump. It won’t let the garbage flow out of the bin and hence maintain clean environment. People are very active to maintain the environment clean these days so it can be easily implemented. Different movements are stared by our Indian government to maintain cleanliness in our country .So we are trying to build a system which will let this revolution a great success and maintain our environment clean and easy to maintain our environment clean. In this system, we will put a sensor on top of the garbage bin which will detect the total level of the garbage inside it according to the total size of the bin. When the garbage will reach the maximum level, a notification will be sent to the corporation’s office, then the employees can take further actions to empty the bin. This system will help in cleaning the city in a better way. BY using this system people do not have to check all systems manually but they will get a notification when the bin will get filled.
