Abstract

A multicenter epidemiological survey on Streptococcus pneumoniae in China. Resistance to 4 new antibiotics (eravacycline, omadacycline, nemonoxacin, and contezolid) was reported. Potential resistance mechanisms to tetracyclines, oxazolidinones, and fluoroquinolones were studied based on genomic analysis.
